The initial observation was that bags emit many greenhouse gases, primarily because they use many textiles, which are energy-intensive.

The REFORM bag range transforms product design by replacing PVC-coated polyester with EVA:

• This new material is inherently less impactful;
• The material transformation process also has less impact, as the number of production stages is reduced from 5 to 2;
• The number of fabric layers is reduced: from 3 to just 1.

The back of the bag is a thermoformed EVA material shell to protect the frames from impacts, and the combination of general EVA material + Tarpaulin is water-resistant.
