Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return it. We always accept returns, including on discounted products.

How to return an order

1. Request it. Write to us at info@sportandtrend.com, call us at 627 03 23 41, or use the contact form, indicating your order number.
2. We will collect the package. Within 1 or 2 business days, we will ask SEUR to pick it up at your home. Keep the receipt provided by the courier.
3. We will refund your money within a maximum of 14 days from the moment you notify us of the return, using the same payment method you used. If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask for your account number.
   

Return costs

If you return an item due to a change of mind using our collection service, we will deduct a fixed amount from the refund based on your region:

• Mainland Spain and Portugal: €4.95
• Balearic Islands: €9.95
• Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands: €10.95

If the error is ours or the product is defective, we will pay for the return.

You do not need to send it yourself. We request the collection using our rates, which are cheaper than what you would get on your own. If you prefer to send it yourself, you may do so, but you will pay the shipping cost to the carrier and we will not deduct anything. The address is Carrer Solidaritat 8, 46960 Aldaia (Valencia). Returns cannot be dropped off in person at our facilities.

Condition of returned items

You may try the product as you would in a store. If it arrives used beyond such a trial, or without tags or packaging, and we cannot sell it as new, we will deduct the loss in value from the refund, which can reach 100% of the price.

What we refund

• The price you paid for the items you are returning.
• The initial shipping cost, if you return the entire order, up to the price of standard shipping. If you only return part of the order, the initial shipping is not refunded. We never charge you for shipping afterward, even if the items you keep fall below the free shipping threshold.
• If you used a coupon, the discount is distributed among the products in proportion to their price, and we will refund what you actually paid for the item being returned. Example: you buy two products for €60 and €30 with a 10% coupon, and pay €81. If you return the €30 item, we will refund you €27.
• If you paid with Klarna, the refund goes to Klarna, which adjusts the remaining balance you owe.

We do not provide store credit or vouchers.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges: return the product and place a new order.

If the product is defective

That is covered by the warranty, not as a return: you have 3 years. See the Warranty page.

Your right of withdrawal

These 30 days are your right of withdrawal, extended: the law provides 14 days and we give you 30. You can exercise this right without providing any explanation. The fastest way is via our online withdrawal form. Any clear statement, such as an email or the model form below, is also valid. It is not mandatory to use it; you can copy it into an email.
