Everything you buy at Sport and Trend has a 3-year legal warranty. If your product has a defect, we will take care of you. You don't have to speak to the brand. The 3 years count from the moment you receive the product.
What it covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects: for example, a racket that opens, cracks, or peels without having been struck. It does not cover impacts, misuse, or normal wear and tear from playing, such as that of the grip, strings, or sole.
How to claim it
- Write to us. Send your order number, a photo of the entire product, and a close-up of the defect to info@sportandtrend.com.
- We will respond within 1 business day. We will review the photos and send them to the brand.
- The brand reviews the case. If they need to see the product, we will collect it from your home and we will pay for all shipping costs.
- Timeline. It is usually resolved in 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the brand.
What happens next
- If it is a defect, we will send you an identical one: immediately, if we have it in our warehouse, or as soon as the brand sends it to us. If there are none left, neither in our warehouse nor at the brand, we will refund your money. Sometimes the brand requests that you disable the product and send us a photo as proof.
- If it is not a defect, we will return your product to you at no cost.
The legal warranty is regulated by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021.
